Public API and Backwards Incompatible Changes

Added new class Aspose.ThreeD.Entities.PointCloud

This class inherits from Aspose.ThreeD.Entities.Geometry directly and used to represent a set of points.

Added new methods Decode to class Aspose.ThreeD.Formats.DracoFormat
