以前は、特定のカルチャーフォーマットに対応するためにスレッド全体のカルチャ情報を変更する必要がありましたが、今はAspose.Cells for JavaScriptをC++で使用してLoadOptions.CultureInfoプロパティを利用し、スレッド全体のカルチャ情報を変更せずにWorkbookを特定のカルチャ情報で読み込めます。

特定のシステムカルチャ情報を使用してワークブックをロードする
