  1. Click page Layout > Print Titles > Header/Footer.
  2. Check Different Odd and Even Pages or Different first page.
  3. Enter different headers and footers.

  1. Sets the flags PageSetup.isHFDiffOddEven() and PageSetup.isHFDiffFirst()
