Aspose.Diagram for Python via Java does not require having Microsoft Visio installed, as Aspose.Diagram itself is a visio creation, conversion, and rendering engine. To view Visio documents produced by Aspose.Diagram, you need to have at least a Microsoft Visio Viewer installed.
