System Requirements

Overview

Aspose.Note for .NET does not require Microsoft Office OneNote to be installed to build and manipulate OneNote documents. Aspose.Note for .NET is a standalone OneNote document processing library.

Supported Operating Systems

Aspose.Note for .NET can be used on any 32-bit or 64-bit operating system supported by the selected .NET runtime.

Windows

• Use the .NET Framework 4.0 or .NET Framework 4.0 Client Profile assemblies on supported Windows environments.
• Use the .NET Standard 2.0 assembly on Windows runtimes that implement .NET Standard 2.0.

Other operating systems

• Use the .NET Standard 2.0 assembly on runtimes that implement .NET Standard 2.0.
• Microsoft OneNote is not required on the target machine.

• Current Microsoft Visual Studio versions for SDK-style projects.
• .NET SDK-based command-line builds for projects targeting runtimes that implement .NET Standard 2.0.
