External dependencies

Aspose.OCR for Python via .NET requires the following third-party components to be installed:

• GNU Compiler Collection (GCC) runtime, version 6 or later.
• PyMalloc memory allocator (for Python 3.6 and 3.7).
• libpython shared library.
