Microsoft Project tiene un extenso esquema de intercambio de datos XML que facilita el intercambio de información entre aplicaciones y programación con archivos del proyecto. El esquema le permite agregar atributos extendidos a tareas, recursos y tareas. Este artículo demuestra cómo trabajar con atributos extendidos usando Aspose.Tasks.

Trabajar con campos personalizados usando Microsoft Project

En este ejemplo, demostraremos cómo trabajar con Text1 Atributo extendido de un proyecto para asociar la información con una tarea.

1. En MSP, vaya a Project-> Campos personalizados.
2. Desde aquí, seleccione Tarea.
3. Seleccione Text como Tipo de campo personalizado en el cuadro Combo de tipo.
4. Seleccione Text1 como un campo personalizado con el que desea trabajar
5. Use el botón “Cambiar nombre” para cambiar el nombre del alias del campo si se desea y presione el botón OK
6. Agregue una nueva tarea e inserte una nueva columna en la fila de tareas con el campo personalizado que usó en el paso anterior

Trabajar con campos personalizados/atributos extendidos utilizando Aspose.Tasks para C ++ API

Aspose.Tasks for C ++ API proporciona la capacidad de crear nuevos atributos extendidos, así como trabajar con atributos extendidos ya presentes en un documento. Los campos personalizados o los atributos extendidos están representados por la recopilación ExtendedAttributes de un proyecto en Aspose.Tasks. Contiene todos los atributos extendidos de la definición de un documento de proyecto. Algunas de las asignaciones de la definición de campo personalizado MSP son las que se muestran en la imagen a continuación.

Crear un nuevo atributo extendido y agregarlo a la tarea

Para agregar un nuevo atributo extendido para tarea o recurso, primero debemos definir y agregar la definición de atributo extendido a la colección ExtendedAttributes. La clase ExtendedTributeDefinition se utiliza para definir un nuevo extendido en un proyecto. El FieldId debe establecerse para definir adecuadamente un atributo extendido que esté vinculado a ExtendedAttributeTask (en el caso de la tarea) o ExtendedAttributeSource (en caso de recursos). El siguiente código de muestra muestra cómo definir un nuevo atributo extendido para el campo Text1 del proyecto. Una vez que se completa la definición de atributo extendido, ahora puede crear un nuevo atributo extendido a partir de él y asignarlo a una tarea.

Writing Updated Extended Attribute Definitions and Values to MPP

Aspose.Tasks for C++ API supports updating extended attribute data in a Microsoft Project MPP file and save it back.

The code example given below demonstrates how to add new extended attributes of the Resource and Task types to the source MPP file. The steps involved in this activity are:

1. Create an instance of Project Reader.
2. Read the source MPP file.
3. Define a new extended attribute and update its values.
4. Save the project using the Project Writer.

The following example shows setting the extended attributes of a resource.
