Tổng quan

Mật khẩu mở khóa mã hóa một bản trình chiếu. Mật khẩu đúng là cần thiết để tải và xem nội dung bản trình chiếu, do đó bảo vệ này mang lại tính bảo mật.

Mật khẩu mở khóa khác với mật khẩu bảo vệ ghi. Bảo vệ ghi hạn chế việc sửa đổi nhưng không mã hóa nội dung hoặc ngăn bản trình chiếu được tải. Để quản lý mật khẩu cho việc sửa đổi bản trình chiếu, xem Write-Protect Presentations.

Các quy trình công việc dưới đây áp dụng cho cả bản trình chiếu PPT và PPTX. Các ví dụ sử dụng cả hai định dạng khi hành vi dựa trên tệp và luồng của chúng quan trọng.

Mã hóa bản trình chiếu bằng mật khẩu mở khóa

Sử dụng IProtectionManager.encrypt để gán mật khẩu mở khóa. Sau đó sử dụng IPresentation.save để lưu bản trình chiếu đã được mã hóa.

Ví dụ sau mã hóa một bản trình chiếu PPTX:

Giữ thuộc tính tài liệu công khai

Mặc định, Aspose.Slides bao gồm các thuộc tính tài liệu trong quá trình mã hóa bản trình chiếu. Phương thức IProtectionManager.setEncryptDocumentProperties kiểm soát hành vi này độc lập với việc mã hóa nội dung slide. Gửi false trước khi gọi IProtectionManager.encrypt khi hệ thống lập chỉ mục, phân loại, tìm kiếm hoặc quản lý tài liệu cần đọc siêu dữ liệu mà không có mật khẩu mở khóa.

Việc truyền false vào IProtectionManager.setEncryptDocumentProperties không làm cho các slide, master, layout, shape, media hoặc nội dung bản trình chiếu khác công khai. Tải bản trình chiếu đã mã hóa

Đặt ILoadOptions.setPassword thành mật khẩu mở khóa và truyền các tùy chọn này cho Presentation khi tải tệp. Việc tải sẽ thất bại khi yêu cầu mật khẩu mở khóa nhưng mật khẩu cung cấp bị thiếu hoặc không đúng.

Xác thực mật khẩu mở khóa trước khi tải

Sử dụng IPresentationFactory.getPresentationInfo để lấy IPresentationInfo mà không tạo một thể hiện bản trình chiếu đầy đủ. Kiểm tra IPresentationInfo.isPasswordProtected trước khi yêu cầu hoặc xác thực mật khẩu. Khi bảo vệ tồn tại, xác thực giá trị đã cung cấp bằng IPresentationInfo.checkPassword.

Quy trình dựa trên đường dẫn tệp

Quy trình dựa trên luồng

Giá trị trả về của checkPassword

IPresentationInfo.checkPassword trả về true chỉ khi bản trình chiếu có mật khẩu mở khóa và mật khẩu được cung cấp là đúng. Nó trả về false trong mỗi trường hợp sau:

Mật khẩu không đúng.
Bản trình chiếu không có mật khẩu mở khóa.
Mật khẩu được cung cấp là null hoặc rỗng.

Hành vi này giống nhau cho các bản trình chiếu PPT và PPTX.

Kiểm tra xem một bản trình chiếu đã tải có được mã hóa không

Sau khi tải một bản trình chiếu với mật khẩu đúng, kiểm tra IProtectionManager.isEncrypted để xác nhận bản trình chiếu nguồn đã được mã hóa. Để phát hiện bảo vệ bằng mật khẩu mở khóa trước khi tải, sử dụng IPresentationInfo.isPasswordProtected như đã trình bày ở trên.

Khuyến nghị bảo mật

Bảo mật

Không ghi lại mật khẩu mở khóa hoặc đưa chúng vào các thông điệp chẩn đoán. Tránh các lần xác thực lặp lại không cần thiết, giữ mật khẩu trong bộ nhớ chỉ trong thời gian cần thiết, và tái sử dụng kết quả xác thực thành công khi ngay lập tức tải bản trình chiếu.

Các thuộc tính tài liệu công khai có thể tiết lộ tên tác giả, tiêu đề, chủ đề, từ khóa, thông tin công ty, bình luận và giá trị tùy chỉnh ngay cả khi nội dung bản trình chiếu đã được mã hóa. Mã hóa siêu dữ liệu nhạy cảm cùng với bản trình chiếu. Việc để các thuộc tính công khai nên là một quyết định rõ ràng chỉ khi hệ thống phải lập chỉ mục, phân loại, tìm kiếm hoặc quản lý tệp mà không có mật khẩu mở khóa.
