إضافة عنصر إلى حقل القائمة

1. اربط ملف PDF المصدر بـ واجهة FormEditor.
2. استدعِ addListItem(...) للحقل المستهدف وزوج العرض/القيمة الجديد.
3. احفظ المستند المحدث.
