Get Cells Index with C++

The default view of Excel uses A1‑style references, where each column is defined as A, B, C…, and the cells are named A1, B2, C3… and so on.
You may want to know which row and column a particular cell is in.

When you need to manipulate specific data on a worksheet by row and column index, you must know the row and column indices of that particular cell.
