2-Color Scale and 3-Color Scale Conditional Formatting are added in the same way, except that they differ by the FormatCondition.ColorScale.Is3ColorScale property. This property is false for a 2‑Color Scale and true for a 3‑Color Scale.
The following sample code adds 2‑Color and 3‑Color Scale Conditional Formatting. It generates the output Excel file.
