Using and Configuring CRM Update Import Tool
Below are the screenshot steps we need to follow to use the tool:

- To create a connection with CRM, click Login to CRM and add your CRM organization information.

- Once the connection is established, select the Entity and the list of desired attributes.

- Get from CRM: Click here to display the data from CRM in the grid.
- Export to Excel: Click here to export the data from CRM to an Excel file.
- Get from Excel: Click here, choose a source Excel file, and it will display the data from the Excel file in the grid.
- Export to CRM: Click here, choose a source Excel file, and it will import the data from Excel back into CRM for the selected entity. (Note that the column names in the Excel file should match the schema name in CRM.)
